Our nursing team has gained experience in clinical hospitals in Poland as well as in the UK and holds specialisation titles, which guarantees professional nursing care for Polish as well as foreign patients. Both the medical and nursing staff regularly participate in training courses and medical conferences in Poland and abroad, which allows them to apply modern surgical techniques.
By using our services, patients can expect a comprehensive service from admission to post-operative care. What does this mean? After qualifying for surgery, patients receive all necessary information on treatment, timing and preparation for the operation. After surgery, patients are under constant medical and nursing care. In the case of same-day surgery, patients receive full post-operative information including rehabilitation instructions and are followed up in an outpatient setting. For longer hospital stays, patients benefit from daily rehabilitation. When they go home, they are referred to a free rehabilitation course. What's more, patients are also provided with post-operative nursing patronage. All this is included in the overall treatment package.
In addition to the experience of the staff, which forms the basis for the safety of our patients, we realise that other aspects are also important when running a private clinic. We have state-of-the-art equipment, 24-hour monitoring of the recovery rooms, a paging system in the patient rooms, as well as full coverage of the Medical Intensive Care Unit at the Zabrze Clinical Hospital and the Cardiology Department.
The SANVIMED hospital building was built in 2010 thanks to the decision of a team of orthopaedic surgeons who wanted to create a modern and comfortable place for patients. This decision created ideal conditions for effective treatment. A 15-bed ward was created, providing intimate conditions and a friendly atmosphere. Each room is equipped with sanitary facilities, a paging system, television and wi-fi. As part of their stay in the ward, our patients receive full board at restaurant level.
SANVIMED hospital is a new place created according to European Union standards. We maintain asepticity in the operating theatre, wards and outpatient clinics, thanks to which we have managed to avoid complications.
